When will I receive my order?
All our products are handmade for your order in our New Orleans studio. Average time is 2 weeks until it ships. Please let us know if there is a specific date you need to receive you order by! We also offer a 1 week rush option (select this during check out in shipping) that speeds up your order to be shipped with in 1 week. Please still allow for regular shipping time (2-3 days in the US).
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Absolutely. If there is a problem with your order we will be happy to fix it. If you would like to do a return please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order and ship it back in 2 weeks. Items must not be worn. Discontinued items and custom items may not be eligible for a return.
What colors and materials do you offer?
We work with leather, recycled rubber from bike tubes, cork, vinyl and waxed canvas. Our leather stock colors are currently: Black, White, Chocolate Brown, Rust Brown, Gray, Crimson Red, Lavender, Turquoise, Emerald and Unicorn (iridescent purple scales). Other materials are only stocked in black, but other colors may be available. Hardware comes in Silver and Antique Brass colors. Please contact us if you do not see what you are looking for or would like an item customized.
Can I get something customized?
Yes! If it is just a matter of sizing, please send us a message during check out with your measurements. Other customization options include: color, material, hardware color, extra-heavy duty hardware upgrades, or completely custom designs. Extra charges may apply. Please contact us with your requests and questions.
