5 out of 5 starsI have to take a minute to say how absolutely amazing this shop is. The Minnie and Mickey hats that I ordered for my twins for Halloween were delivered, and mysteriously disappeared. My twins were really excited for the hats so all of us were disappointed. After contacting Tiffanie, she not only rushed to make me two brand new hats, she rush shipped them and got them to me in time for Halloween. She was in constant contact and made sure I received the second delivery. As it turns out, the first package was actually thrown out, by pure accident... not anybody's fault, but this shop went above and beyond to make it right for me!! Will definitely be ordering from them again!!
