Sizes run a bit small and there are no exchanges; order a size up if you’re worried. Shipping issues caused the item to arrive much later than promised. Seller responds to questions pretty much immediately. I’ll buy from this shop again.

Custom and personalized orders
We do some customization for merchandize and if directly messaged do commissions
Does this meet authenticity requirements?
No. All of our merchandise and designs are meant to show love and support of the sport OUTSIDE of fights. Please consult your local league's rules and guidelines for authenticity requirements of armor, weapons and attire if you are fighters or staff
Will you put commissions on your shop?
No. Each and every commission is done for the client unless explicitly told and put into writing that Get Wrecked Design is authorized to put it on the shop.
Will you sell other teams Merchandise on your shop?
No.
Are you associated with any official team or league?
No. We are an independent, veteran-owned LLC business with no ties to a team or league. We strive for cooperation and work with many organizations, teams and leagues, but are not officially apart of anyone.
Do you take requests?
Absolutely! Just message us whether on Etsy, Instagram or Facebook
Do you outsource your designs to someone else, hire other arts or use AI?
No. All of our designs are done in house. While we take advise, recommendations and suggestions as we want to know what customers think, all the designs are manually drawn, edited and finalized in house.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the products being made-to-order we are unable to take returns. However, if we are notified within the first 24 hours of a change we will be able to modify the order.
Can you do one-off custom prints?
Yes. In the 'custom' section of our store you can order either your custom design to be printed, this includes one-off team items with written permission from team officals. Please note that commissions and orders for custom designs to be printed are seperate as they are two different services.
