Ghost Goods Happy Feels Co.

I created Ghost Goods in early 2015 as a creative outlet, but in truth the company has existed in some or other part of my brain ever since I started studying design in 2008, and realised I got a real kick out of making STUFF. Any STUFF, but pretty STUFF in general.

I started selling my pins through Instagram and email orders, and was psyched to see how thriving and easily accessible the pin community is.

Ghost Goods is the Happy Feels Co. because I am committed to creating products that make people happy and to put a little more positivity out into the world. As someone living with depression, I wanted an outlet that allowed me to play around and just have fun, and Ghost Goods has become that for me.

All of our items are designed & handmade by us.

Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with what you received, or are not satisfied with it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return it and we will offer a refund on your payment excluding shipping costs.

Must be in its original unused condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Shipping
PLEASE NOTE that we ship to the PAYPAL postal address of the payee.

All items are shipped twice a week. Please allow 8-10 working days for your order to arrive.

All of our products are shipped from South Africa with a tracking number.

Any additional customs charges that may occur will be paid for by the buyer.

All items are carefully wrapped and packaged by us.

We use the South African Postal Service's Registered airmail freight. The average time for delivery is 10-14 working days (from date of shipping). Please be aware that in some rare cases and during the festive season (Nov-Jan) customs and mail processing can cause delays on orders for up to 8 weeks. Deadlines for Christmas orders will be posted in the shop notification over this period.

**DELIVERY**

Please be aware that registered mail requires a signature. If there is no-one at your delivery address to sign for the parcel, your postal service may then leave a notice for you to collect from your nearest post office. Please ensure that you check with your country's postal service on how long they will hold the parcel before it is marked as uncollected and returned to me. If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery or failure to collect, customers will need to pay for the re-shipping once it has been returned to us.

USA CUSTOMERS: Please keep this in mind when entering your delivery address. Addresses such as PO Boxes or where someone will be available during USPS delivery times are best.

**CUSTOMS DUTIES**

Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery are at the discretion of your country’s tax and import regulations. All such fees are the buyer’s responsibility. For any additional information, please refer to your local customs agency.

Please note that an order is only categorised as “missing” when it fails to arrive after 40 days from date of shipping.
