Should I send my photos to you via e-mail or will I get a link for uploading my files?
No, you can simply send me your photos and text via Etsy Conversations. For this, please click the icon in the upper right corner in the conversation window and choose the photo you would like to upload.
What information should I mention in my order?
Please, send all the essential Information like # of order, initials, short word or name for free front engraving, photo/text. This will make the order processing faster and easier. If you order 2 and more items, please let me know what color/ initial and photo goes with each keychain to avoid confusion.
What is meant by free front personalization?
Free personalization is an engraving on the front leather part made by the hot stamping method.
What option should I order if I need word on the front and photo with text from the inside?
Please, choose “1 side photo, 2 side text“ in the dropdown menu.
How many symbols I can use for front engraving?
You can use up to 5 symbols.
What size of the photo should I upload?
There is no difference, I will crop it according to the insert side. Please mind, if the photo has no space above the subject, it will be dropped below.

The quality of the print is close to the original, so if the original is blurred and pixelated. the result will be the same. Please, send the best quality you can.
