Is there a restocking fee when I return a Free-Shipping Order?
The restocking fee applies when making a return with a purchase that had free-shipping. You can be charged up to a 20% fee when returning free-shipping packages.
Where is my order?
All orders are placed in a queue and dealt with on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you need an item quickly, please make this known to us when placing your order. We might be able to get your item made and shipped to you without interfering with our current order process.
Sizing details
Make sure you read the full description of the product you plan to purchase. Sizing details are very clear in each listing. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted based on you not reading the complete listing.
Personal items such as face mask laundry bags, etc... will not be refunded or exchanged due to it being an Intimate item (for health/hygiene reasons)!
I gave the wrong address, can I get a refund?
Sadly, if you provided an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout, we won't take responsibility for shipping costs. A new product CAN be shipped after reshipping costs have been paid for.
False claims of missing package WOULD NOT be honored. Meaning if USPS confirms delivery of your package but claims of not receiving the package are received, Sadly, I won't give a refund.

My item was stolen, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, I am not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Once orders have left my possession the package is in the care of the postal handler.
Customer is required to submit a claim directly with the courier and follow their guidelines. USPS recommends waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please call the customer service team of the courier.

Why do my apparel smell like smoke?
Due to the nature of how the product is made, it may have a small if smoke. To apply personalization to apparel, heat press is used.
Washing is recommended before use.
