Will I have tracking information for my order?
Sure, we send via traceable service only, we will send the tracking number together with the tracking website on the order page. Please allow 2-4 days for the first tracking information to update.
If for some reason the tracking information has not been updated after a few days, please contact us and we will check with the courier service for you.
I would like to modify/cancel my order?
Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
When will my order be processed and shipped?
Our processing time normally takes 3-9 wokring days and the shipping time takes 7-12 working days for the US domestic or 10-15 working days for International.
The Estimate delivery date is for reference only and it may vary according to your location and weather conditions, but we will make sure every package arrives safely. The Tracking Link can be found on the order page.

The tracking information for my order hasn’t been updated in several days. Is there something wrong?
If your tracking number is not working, it may be because the shipping carrier’s system hasn’t updated yet or the package was not scanned right away. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update and check again. If after 48 hours you are still experiencing problems, you can contact our support team
I entered the wrong shipping address just two hours after making the purchase. What should I do?
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:
If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender. The orders will be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.
