5 out of 5 starsProduct was beautifully made. i would have liked the written part to be glossy like the other side but it is beautiful. Words are clearly written. It would have been nicer if double sided so when I hang on my tree and it moves around it can be seen on both sides. Delivery took awhile for something not personalized which was a little upsetting since I was leaving on vacation and the item didnt arrive until after I had left. The updates on the etsy site didnt update regularly. Seller was very nice and communicated quickly with my concern and addressed my issues. They checked the updates and kept me informed on the status.

Hello Marcia, Thank you so much for your kind feedback and for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately, shipping took longer than expected due to circumstances beyond my control. Since we’re currently in the Halloween season, carriers are experiencing very high volumes. Even though I hand orders over to the shipping company on time, they can sometimes experience delays on their end. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience this caused. Thank you again for choosing my shop.
