5 out of 5 starsI was looking for a way to honor my precious lil boy and found this store. The store owners sent me a message of condolences and a mock up of the product. It looked professional so I had high hopes of the finished piece. I was not disappointed in the slightest. High quality, graphics are really good. Thank you so much for helping me lay my sweet boy to rest.

5 out of 5 starsI have written plenty of reviews and usually I being satisfied with customer service say this was one of the best experiences and when not so satisfied didn’t pull punches either. I can’t use one of this time because they set a bar of excellence beyond all my experiences and expectations in these times. I was not just a number, a dollar sign cha ching for the money or a sale. Adam & Hilal made it so feel so personal and to me they went above and beyond in customer care their kindheartedness, diligence and personal time given along with constant input and their advice was exceptional. They are more than Designers of GiftFactoryUS on Esty; they were more; they were the gift making the gift for me and my family at this factory and site. Thank You Adam & Hilal for making it happen for our family. Kevin G
