Hello! I’m Ilja, the creator behind GiftForBaptism. My journey began a few years ago when I was invited to be a Godparent. I wanted to give something meaningful - a gift that wasn't just a silver spoon or a generic frame. I wanted something that would hang on the nursery wall, reminding the child of that special day and the love surrounding them.
I searched everywhere for modern, minimalist Christian art that would fit a contemporary home, but I struggled to find exactly what I envisioned. Being a graphic designer, I decided to sit down and create it myself. I designed a custom print featuring the child's name, the baptism date, and a verse that held special meaning to our family.
When the parents opened the gift, their emotional reaction told me everything. That’s when I realized: people crave spiritual gifts that are also aesthetically beautiful.
