We partner with a print company for some of the production of our products. When your order is placed, it is automatically sent to them to print and ship. They are one of the top print on demand companies and we enjoy working with them. With that being said, mistakes can happen. Please reach out to us if there is an issue with the print quality, or you receive a size/product other than what you ordered.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there was a mistake in the printing or shipping of your order; a refund will not be issued if you ordered the wrong size or gave any other incorrect information while placing your order. Because we work with a printing company, we are responsible for the cost of production and shipping for every order that is placed. If you have a problem with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. If the mistake was made on our end or our printing company's end, we will do whatever we can to resolve the issue and make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Please double check that all the information you provide when placing an order, such as size, color, and shipping address are correct, as the information cannot be changed once your order is in production.
