There was a problem with delayed delivery and a broken mug, however this seller was continuing to update me. She responded to every one of my emails within 5 minutes and offered to replace my broken mug. Very nice to deal with, I would recommend her. It wasn’t her fault the mug arrived broken but she offered to make it good..
