Custom and personalized orders
We can't resell custom order, so please try hard to get the right sizes. If you have an issue after it arrives, please contact us ASAP and we'll work something out. We want you to be happy.
Sizing details
It's usually items that are on the small side. When in doubt or between two sizes, pick the larger option. That's usually safer.
Our items are print on demand
This means that we only produce an item once it's ordered. For that reason we don't have an unlimited return or exchange policy. Of course, for any defect, we'll replace or refund the order. For size or color issues, we'll work with you on options.
