I bought 3 pairs for a friend who loves wearing those free socks you sometimes get on airplanes, so i said I would buy her some airplane socks and these are those! Except they are way better than 'airplane socks'. They are perfect for lounging around the house or wearing to bed I am told. A great gift, each pair is individually wrapped and the owner is very responsive to questions. I strongly recommend them.

My sewing room. I have a lovely southern exposure that provides a lot of natural light. Messy? Of course.

I like to make beautiful and unique items that are functional and useful.

It started with embroidery, I think. I remember the white cotton, pictures painted on with blue lines. We learned a running stitch and a french knot.

Oh, and paint by number kits!

Then my mom taught my sisters and me to sew and we've been sewing since. Even with a busy career, sewing and crochet have always been important creative outlets and stress relievers for me.
