What is your return/exchange policy?

Sales are final as all items are made upon request. We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for a different size, color, or if you simply change your mind. However, we are happy to do an exchange or replacement for damaged or defective products. The shipping cost for all returns or exchange must be taken care of by the buyer (you). If you have a problem with your order, PLEASE contact us through Etsy messages. We'll do what we can to help

Why is the color/material of the item I received different from the photos?

We make every effort to represent the color options as accurately as possible. The mockups are just representative of the colors and fabric. Please keep in mind that the colors and fabric of the actual shirts you receive may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. This variation can be attributed to differences in device screens’ settings, fabric compositions, and dye batches

Can I change shipping address after an order is placed?

Please double check your address and make sure that your saved address on Etsy is current because we will ship your order by default to your saved address. If you entered the wrong address, please contact us right away. Addresses can not be changed once the order is shipped.

Sizing details

The mockups are just representative of the product sizes. Please refer to our size chart photo or description for sizing measurements and make sure that the correct sizes are chosen. We can't change sizes after the order is put to production.

What is Direct to Garment printing method?

We utilize the Direct to Garment (DTG) printing method for our shirts. DTG involves printing the digital image directly into the fabric rather than placing it on the surface. Consequently, the print will not experience cracking and peeling, unlike vinyl applications

Care instructions

- DTG printed garments (shirts, sweatshirts):
Wash before the first time wearing
Turn the shirt inside out before washing.
Machine wash cold with like colors (max 30C or 86F).
Tumble dry on low heat. Hang dry for best care.
Use a medium iron with the shirt inside-out ONLY if needed.
Do NOT iron the design area.
Do NOT use chlorine bleach.
Do NOT dry clean.
- Mugs: Microwave and Dishwasher safe but HAND WASH to best maintain the graphics

Package Origin

Please note that all items in our shop are print-on-demand and will be shipped directly from our print providers which can be varied from item to item. This allows us to ship your order from the closest print provider to you, ensuring the best possible shipping time. This means that your order will not be shipped from the shop location listed on our Etsy profile. Thank you for your understanding and support!
