2. Find your order and click Download Files
3. Open the PDF — inside you'll find your download link and QR code
4. Click the link or scan the QR code to download your ZIP archive
We recommend using a desktop browser for the smoothest experience. If you checked out as a guest, check the confirmation email Etsy sent you — the download link is there.
I can't find my download. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first — Etsy notifications sometimes end up there. Gmail users should also check the Promotions and Social tabs.
Still nothing? Message us on Etsy and we'll help you right away.
What size can I print?
Our files are made for large-format printing — up to approximately 45 × 67 in (114 × 171 cm) at full 300 PPI quality. Smaller prints will look even sharper. You can confidently print any standard frame size, from a small 8×10 to a large gallery statement piece.
What paper do you recommend?
For the best results, use a professional print shop — they'll handle colour accuracy and large formats perfectly.
Printing at home? Use heavy matte paper (200–250 GSM) for a gallery feel, or glossy paper for a more vivid, saturated finish.
Can I use this artwork commercially?
All GigaPixLab artworks are licensed for personal use only. This includes:
✅ Print and frame it for your home, bedroom, or living space
✅ Decorate your office, café, studio, or any space you love
✅ Use as a digital wallpaper or personal mood board
✅ Share on your personal social media (credit is appreciated)
❌ Printing for resale or as merchandise
❌ Use in advertising, branding, or commercial content
❌ Redistribution or resale of the original files
Are these AI-generated artworks?
Yes. Each piece is created by Jennifer Troy using a multi-stage AI art pipeline, then professionally upscaled and refined for maximum detail and print quality. These are not simple AI outputs — every artwork goes through several rounds of enhancement before it reaches you.
How long until I receive my files?
Instantly. Your files are available for download as soon as your payment is confirmed — no waiting, no shipping.
Can I request a specific landmark or city?
We're adding new landmarks every week. If there's a place you'd love to see transformed, send us a message — we'd love to hear your suggestions.
What is your return policy?
Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, we're unable to offer refunds. However, if you have any trouble accessing or downloading your files, please contact us and we'll resolve it right away.
