The pen is beautiful. The colors and textures were more lovely than the picture. The pen is good quality and light in weight so good for long writing sessions. Nib writes very smoothly. Came with converter. Seller included a small gift, which was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. Communication was great. Would definitely buy again!

I received this pen yesterday, 17.9.24. Delivery was prompt from the UK to Australia. The finish on this pen is flawlessly beautiful. It did have a bit of a hard start, but that was to be expected with a brand new one-off pen. I had great contact and customer service and information from Brad Herrington in regards to this pen before purchase. He was more than happy to answer any questions that I had. This is a lovely pen and the pictures do not do it justice, it is even prettier than the pictures (which were good pictures). I am so happy with my purchase it arrived well packed in a lovely gift box and pen pouch and included was a complimentary bottle of ink which was a lovely guesture. The Seller was very helpful and helped me with any queries I had. I highly recomend this shop for lovely pens and great customer service.

Wow wow wow! I am so happy with this beautifully-crafted fountain pen😀! The workmanship is amazing, the fit and finish are first-rate, the material (Erinoid Cellulose Acetate) is gorgeous and Brad’s customer service is excellent! The pen feels great in the hand and writes beautifully. There’s a minimal step-down from barrel to section, and no sharp edges there, so it’s very comfortable to hold. This is my first pen by Gilbert House Pens, but it definitely won’t be my last. Thank you again, Brad, for a wonderful handmade fountain pen!
