Giving Estate Items a new life
I like to think I am giving these vintage treasures a new loving home. I know someone loved this item, maybe a family member gave it to them or maybe it's been in the family for decades. But now my customers are able to give these items the love and care they need again.
All items are vintage and pre-owned. I do my best to describe the items, and make every effort to note any significant imperfections/blemishes/or damage found during our inspection. Pictures and videos are part of my description, so please view all pictures and videos carefully. I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancelations. All sales are final and are sold as-is and as described. Vintage items often have slight signs of wear and/or minor imperfections due to its age and use.
Once the package has been delivered to the carrier, my responsibility ends. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, please message me and keep all contents of the package and take clear photos of the damaged shipping container including the shipping label. This is required for you to file a claim with the carrier. If you need assistance please message me.
We ship to the address the buyer provides during checkout. Please double check the address before ordering as we do not refund for items shipped to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, I will attempt to contact the buyer to reship the item at the buyer’s expense.
I take great care when wrapping for shipments by using lots of plastic bubble wrap. Then place it in the center of a large, strong box filled with lots of shock-absorbing material like Styrofoam chips or crumpled newspaper so that the item cannot move within the box. bottom.
Often I will double box a delicate item, by using one box inside of another, with at least 4 to 6 inches of shock absorbing material between the boxes. I find that this method works well. It's a long bumpy ride to your home and I sure wouldn't want the item to be damaged in transit. The package is likely to be thrown about violently during it's trip so the shock absorbing material is necessary to protect the item. Also, I reuse all packing materials and boxes and padded envelope so don’t be surprised to find your item shipped in a Prime box, or Home Depot…I like to save money on shipping whenever I can.
