📋 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY 📋
Due to the popularity of our designs, some items may occasionally be out of stock. We update our inventory manually, so availability can change daily. If you spot an "Out of Stock" item, drop us a message to check on availability.

👕 PRODUCTION TIME
All items are made to order and typically take 2–4 business days to produce. During the busy holiday season, fulfillment may take an additional 1–7 business days.

Business hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.

🚚 SHIPPING INFO

USA: 3–8 business days.
Alaska & Hawaii: 5–12 additional business days.
Military addresses: 15–30 business days.
Canada: Some items can be printed in Canada and delivered in 4-8 business days, if printed in the US delivery is 10–30 business days, check the items shipping details.
UK/Europe/Australia- some items are currently available to be printed locally within your region. I’m constantly adding more as I get more suppliers check back often.

⛔ CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Once production begins, we can't make changes, cancellations, or offer refunds.

💰 RETURNS & REFUNDS
As each item is custom-made just for you, we don’t accept returns or refunds unless there’s an issue with your order.
Make sure to check sizes (size charts are in each listing’s photos), colors, and other details before ordering. If something’s not right, please get in touch—we want you to love your purchase!

⚠️ ORDER ISSUES?

Received the wrong or damaged item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send clear photos of the issue (wrong sizes, colors, designs, or damage) to help us resolve it quickly.

⏳ SHIPPING DELAYS
We’re not responsible for delays caused by high-volume periods (like holidays), incorrect/incomplete addresses, or failed delivery attempts.

📦 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows "delivered" but you can’t find your package, check common delivery spots like porches or mailboxes. Ask neighbors if they received it—it happens more than you think! Wait 24 hours before reaching out, as packages can be marked delivered prematurely.

🎁 RUSH ORDERS
Need your order by a specific date? Place your order at least 20 business days ahead. We’ll ship ASAP, but we can’t guarantee delivery dates due to unforeseen circumstances.
