I have arthritis in my wrist. Other parts of my hand have to compensate resulting in random hand pain. A friend shared her Bian Gus Sha and I was surprised and pleased at its effectiveness. The packaging was very nice too containing a ginger chew and thank you note! I highly recommend this company
