Dear customers! Each letter, number and baby mobile are create for a specific customer. The specificity of these products does not allow the exchanges or returns.The product paid by you may differ from the photo and if it so I will send you a photo of the finished item before sending the parcel to make sure that you agree. If it's not, I'll refund your money. When the parcel has been sent I don't allow returns and exchanges.
