Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
There are no refunds or exchanges on products.
Payment
Payment is due at time of purchase. I currently accept PayPal and Etsy Direct Checkout.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. We cannot cancel and refund after 24 hours from the time that an order has been placed or if I have already started working on your order.
Shipping
We are currently a "Ready to Ship" shop, unless a listing states otherwise.

Please see my shop announcement for shipping times. Packages are sent via USPS. I work in a "first in, first out" fashion, so even though you may only order 1 item, I fill the orders as they come in.

I use your Etsy shipping address when mailing packages, so please make sure that this is correct.

All US shipping includes tracking and a rigid envelope to prevent bending.
International shipping does not include tracking or a rigid envelope to save on shipping fees. If you would like to add this, please contact me to have this added to your order for an additional fee.

Please wait at least 7 business days from the time of acceptance of your package from the USPS to inquire about any USPS issues (US). For International orders, please wait 10 business days. If there is no movement on your package within 7 business days of the post office last scanning it, we can work on contacting the post office to see if there is anything they can do. If after 14 business days there is no movement, we will discuss further options.

For international packages, the buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, additional postage or other charges that may be assessed upon entry to your country by customs.

I cannot be held responsible for items sent to the wrong address (that you provided), held in customs, or returned as undeliverable.
