• Materials (threads, needles, snips, marking pens, embroidery hoops, garments)
• My time hand-embroidering (30 min. to 3 hours per order)
• My time in creating the original artwork (each design was thoughtfully created by myself)
• My 8+ years of hand-embroidery experience
ᴏʀᴅᴇʀɪɴɢ & ʀᴇᴛᴜʀɴꜱ:
• After payment confirmation, your order will be shipped within the processing period outlined above.
• I do my best to accomodate all custom design requests; I AM limited on custom garment sizes/styles.
• Due to the made-to-order nature of each embroidered garment, I CAN'T OFFER RETURNS/EXCHANGES. If you purchased Tracked Shipping @ checkout, I AM able to offer replacements (see FAQ at bottom of page for all info).
• Please double-check your address at checkout; it's the buyer's responsibility to pay for reshipping fees if an incorrectly-addressed package is returned to me OR if I've already purchased your postage.

C A R E
To ensure the longest life for your garment, wash in cold water on the gentlest cycle with like colors. Then hang to dry.
What are the purple marks?
I use an air-erasable tracing pen for all of my designs! If a garment has a short transit time, there may still be some residual purple marks on your garment when you receive it. These fade on their own with air exposure, and come out completely in the first wash!
