Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I accept exchanges for a different size of the same item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out, and I’ll be happy to work with you to make it right!
How long is shipping?
The processing time can take between 2-7 business days, though most orders ship out within that time frame or less. After the processing period, our shipping times can range in the 1-5 business day range for all orders within the US. Any location outside the US will take longer and before purchasing you can see a projected delivery date provided based on where in the world you are located.
Can I return my order or get a refund?
All of our items are made to order for each customer. For this reason we can’t accept returns or cancellations more than 12 hours after your purchase.
If your item had a printing/manufacturing error, please send a clear picture of the item. Include a written description of the error/fault and we will open a case for a reprint of your item.
What is the sizing like for the t-shirts/sweatshirts/hoodies?
Most of our clothing and apparel items are unisex sized. While not overly large, they lean toward men’s sizing. Many women find their usual size provides a comfortable, slightly oversized fit.
For the best fit, please refer to the size chart included in the listing photos.
Our baby tees are made with Gildan 5000B Youth shirts. These tees run shorter in length and fit snugly around the arms, shoulders, and bust. We recommend sizing up. To find your perfect fit, lay your favorite baby tee flat and measure armpit to armpit, then compare it to the size chart in the photos.
