How do I receive a digital download?
After Etsy confirms payment, your files will be available under Purchases and Reviews in your Etsy account. Digital files cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app, so please use a web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer.
When will my physical order ship?
Processing times vary by product and will be shown in each listing. Handmade and upcycled items may be one of a kind. Tracking information will be provided through Etsy when an order ships.
Do you accept returns or cancellations?
Because digital files are delivered immediately, digital purchases cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled. Eligibility for returns on physical products is shown in each listing. Please contact me promptly if your physical order arrives damaged or there is a problem.
How should I print my planner?
Download the PDF in a web browser and print at actual size or 100% on US Letter paper. You may print at home or through a local print shop. For best results, check the page size and orientation listed in the product description before printing the full file.
