I'm Iris Francissen. In 2009 I started glass bead making. Now, more than 14 years later, it is still a passion and fun to create the glass Fairies, Elves, Gnomes and other fantasy folk.

All purchased items will be shipped within 4 business days after having recieved payment.
Standard we ship with regular Dutch post (Post,NL) without tracking option. If you would like to purchase with a tracking option, select the add-on in the shipping profile. At this moment we strongly recommend US cutomers to chose shipping with tracking option from the shipping menu. Shipping overages will always be refunded very fast. You never pay more than the exact shipping fee.
SORRY, but we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail or damaged during transit. and, during this Worldwide pandemic delayed parcels. All parcels are clearly adressed and US buyers recieve a message from our postal service when the parcel is posted. If you select the tracking option we will provide the track and Trace number.
We will do our utmost best to make sure your items arrive safely! Your purchases will be carefully checked and packed in a sturdy case before shipping. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us! We will always do our best to work out the problem.
