Glassetch Vinyls design and produce bespoke design and vinyl cutting services.
We are visual artists and collaborators, we can work with your graphics, create dream vinyl designs, as well as providing a wide range of customisable pre-made designs.
As a small business we provide vinyl in Brighton and around the world. We design and make signs for your businesses, shops, offices, homes, vehicles or events. Our range of products include front shop signage, opening times, logos, and privacy frosting, interior decor and lettering, window graphics, vehicle graphics and more.
As a young woman, Zoe started Glassetch from scratch, teaching herself the software, machinery and production. It’s been a journey of learning, but we are now working with individuals and companies around the world producing bespoke designs and vinyl.
Our lead graphic designer can provide expert advice and assistance with creating your vision. From logo creation to choosing the right lettering style for you. Our vinyl will enhance your business, event or home. Zoe’s background is in Fine Art and Design, therefore she is very hands-on and has been able to use her artistic skills to enrich customers' vinyl needs.

Frequently asked questions
PEELING BACKING PAPER
Troubleshooting Peeling the Vinyl:
Lay the vinyl on a flat surface with the design facing up and squeegee over the whole design from the centre out. Then flip it over so the backing paper is now facing up, and squeegee again. Using a 45-degree angle slowly start peeling off from the corner of the backing paper.
If sections don't come off stop and watch the video.

Minimum Size
When ordering lettering vinyl, words cannot be too small, especially when you choose a swirly delicate font so I would recommend at least 5cm per word. Please contact me for special requests for under 5cm and I’ll let you know if it’s possible!
Maximum Size
I can go up to 100cm x 100cm, or 60cm x 300cm.

WET VINYL APPLICATION
Wet application has to be used for larger graphics & frosted vinyl whilst installing.
It will also reduce the possibility of bubbles with smaller reversed designs on glass.
For installing large or non-delicate vinyl graphics on windows, metal & plastic.
DO NOT use wet application on walls or wood, with metallic vinyl or when the design is very thin and delicate.

DRY VINYL APPLICATION
Dry application is for all designs being applied onto walls, painted surfaces & wood, as well as metallic vinyl on all surfaces or for small, thin or delicate vinyl graphics.
For glass and metal: wet application is a must except for applying smaller stickers, delicate designs or individuals who have some experience in fitting adhesive graphics.
DO NOT use dry application with large matt & gloss designs going onto glass/metal or frosted vinyl as it will leave bubbles and will permanently damage the vinyl.

FROSTED VINYL APPLICATION
