Once you have paid for your order, you will see a download page after the checkout process is over. You will also receive an email with the download link.
Please note that you need a computer or mobile browser to download digital files from Etsy. You can't download digital files using the Etsy app.
💜 Do you accept returns?
Since the only thing that I sell in this shop are digital files, as per Etsy policy, there's no returns or refund.
However, if you've accidentally purchased the exact same design file twice, please message me and provide both "order numbers" (must have been purchased using the same Etsy account), I'll be happy to email you a different file of your choice of equivalent value.
💜 Can I use your PNG files for Cricut, Silhouette, or other print-and-cut projects?
No, these PNG files are designed specifically for sublimation printing. They are intended to be printed using sublimation methods and tools, and then transferred onto sublimation-friendly surfaces like tumblers, glass cutting boards, t-shirts, or other polyester blanks.
The designs include blended colors, brushstroke textures, and backgrounds that make them unsuitable for Cricut, Silhouette, or other print-and-cut projects.
