I had to place a last minute order on a LATE Wed night actually EARLY Thurs morning and asked if the items could ship overnight so I could receive for my daughter's tea party on Sat. First thing Thurs morning I got a reply email saying that they will check to see if they can get it to be confirmed to deliver by Sat. and if not they wouldn't ship it. Then I got another email later confirming they were able to ship it Thurs for next day for me to receive by end of day Friday!! WOW!! Best customer service ever and I was only charged the actual shipping cost .. no handling fee. I haven't even received my items yet and I am already a satisfied customer! Thank you so much!!
