Designing things and helping people
I'm a serial entrepreneur that is looking to make a difference in the world. Over the last 10 years my husband has been Active Duty Air Force, and we've been moving around various parts of the country for 10 years. I've done my best to thrive wherever we are located, whether it's growing a garden and selling salsa in Utah, collecting driftwood and making art out of it to sell in Los Angeles, or engraving gifts from my Glowforge here in Ohio.
I've most recently developed a passion for designing after watching tutorials and practicing Adobe Illustrator, and since 2019 I've been designing things that laser owners can give as gifts or sell at places such as craft fairs. All my designs are tested on my Glowforge and fit onto a 20x12 piece of material, and are designed with different colors for cut, score and engrave to be as simple and straightforward as possible with little to no design program editing needed. Most all of the designs are score and cut.
I have 4 kids- all girls except 3 ;)
One of my sons has autism and I have a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities, and work at a local charity that does just that.
