The initial shipment got lost in the mail but GnomeworksUS sent me a replacement at no additional charge. When I received it, one of the magnets fell off a tray but nothing a little glue couldn't fix. They look fantastic and I can't wait to use them in my game.

TLDR: Buy these ones, they're fantastic and 100% will exceed your expectations. These are the best upgrades for any tabletop game I've ever had, including factory trays. the modularity alone is next to none. I bought extra pieces to try and account for possible expansions with the next release of Mr Torgue and also we have a group of 8 players so keep that in mind for the photo. In my opinion you wont be able to tell just how nice of a quality these components are by the photos alone. They are not flimsy feeling at all and feel very substantial in the hand. The magnets are very well placed and absolutely keep the individual bits where they need to be. The art is *chef's kiss* perfect. The seller was very helpful with any questions I had, and I would no doubt purchase from them again. (I copy pasted this to multiple reviews.)
