Are the files compatible with my machine/software?
Please check the combatibility of files for each listing with the software that you are using before purchasing a digital print. I include SVG, PNG, DXF, EPS, JPG, AI and PDF in most of the listings but for each listing you need to read the description to check exactly what types are included and then check the compatibility with your cutter/software.
Can I get a refund on the digital items?
Due to the nature of the digital items, they are non-refundable and there are no exceptions. Each file purchased will be available to you as an instant download.
How can I use digital downloads?
You can use the digital downloads in both digital or printed format.
Some ideas are:
-Decorate glasses and mugs
-Design t-shirts and sweatshirts

Do you offer commercial license?
When purchasing any of the digital items, you are allowed to create physical items for commercial or small business use (up to 1,000 items per license, per year) .
What are the limitations of use for the digital downloads?
-The digital files MAY NOT be used for the following:
- Please never resell digital file item purchased from my store or give to someone for free
- Not to be sold as part of a clipart or digital paper set
- Posted as a digital file or clipart on any website
- Posted as an image on any website without including our logo and linking back to us
- Distributed or displayed in such a way that it may be copied by someone else
-Alter/modify or edit the designs in any way
