Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. I take care in wrapping and packaging everything, but if for some reason it is damaged in shipping, contact me within 3 days of receiving it and I'll work something out with you and the shipping company to make sure I get the problem resolved and you are properly reimbursed.
Please contact me within 30 days of shipment date (domestic) and 45 days (international) if there was a problem with your delivery. Any later than that and I will not be able to issue you a refund.
If you do qualify for a return because of damage, returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt and inspection, excluding the original delivery charge. There are no exchanges.
******Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned and arrive to me within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item and photo documentation. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
Payment
Items are all handmade and hand-painted. They may take up to 10 days to two weeks depending on the order. Most of the time, items go out much faster than that. If you need something in a specific time frame, please message me.
Once a custom item has been ordered the buyer has 24 hours to cancel.
Shipping
****If you need something sooner whether it's international mail or domestic, please message me and we can try and make other arrangements. If there are any other requests such as gift wrapping. please list this in "notes to seller".

Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to refusal to pay customs fees.
