We started in 2005 as a hobby in our Kitchen
We started very humbly in our kitchen in 2005.
We first made screen printed beach bags for our hometown Labor Day craft show. Wooden signs on scrap wood were a total afterthought.
When you live in an old house, you have plenty of beadboard and rustic wood around you- So it was natural to try to screen print on it. The signs actually did very well at that first show- the beach bags, not as well- and that was the beginning of our adventure in making wooden signs.
We first made Georgia locations, Lakes, Town signs, Beach signs, and then expanded from there as customers requested locations. We did the famous Lakewood antiques market for years as a hobby and learned what customers were looking for.
We then moved into larger design based wall decor in 2009 and have enjoyed making those designs ever since. Thank you for all your support.
To say we've met so many cool people over the years would be an understatement !
To tell all the stories would take days, We had one person take a sign and leave the money and a note written on pizza box in our craft show booth at night while we were gone. It's times and stories like those that have made this the most fun thing we've ever done. The laughs, the connections, Thanks for all the fun!! It's been a blast- now going on 17 years of selling signs.
