We are an embroidery boutique who has been in business for over 20 years. We enjoy creating personalized gifts that are treasured keepsakes for anniversaries, weddings, baby showers, graduations, birthdays and all other special occasions. Also, within the past ten years, we ventured out into making patches as well. We are sci fi fans and attend several comic, sci fi, fantasy cons throughout the year. We love getting our geek on.

If you are looking for something you don't see here, send us a message and let us know what you are looking for. We will let you know if that is something we can create for you. Please make sure your address is correct upon purchase, if you do not receive the item because of a wrong address, you will have to pay for the item in full to have me mail it out again.

***************First Class Shipping on Patches****************There is no USPS tracking information on first class envelopes, the tracking is Pitney Bowes and isn't exact like the USPS. If you want tracking please upgrade your shipping.

I typically mail the patches out the next business day, however it can take up to five business days. When you order, make sure that the correct address that you want the order to go to is in the address field right and have your current email address on file as well. Because of the quick turnaround time, if the address is incorrect and mails before you let me know, you will have to wait for the other to be returned to me and then pay for shipping once again. There is no tracking information for first class postage, if you want it to be tracked, you have to upgrade to ground or Priority mail. Transit time for USPS first class is anywhere from 3-8 business days, this is not guaranteed transit time. **** I am not responsible for lost or delayed mail on first class mail addressed envelopes. Once it's in the post offices hand, it's out of mine. *****

I only accept returns if there is a mistake in spelling on my part for personalized gifts, otherwise there are no returns for custom orders.
