Do you offer rush delivery?
Unfortunately, rush delivery is not an option. All of our merchandise is produced "on-demand" after we receive an order. On-demand manufacturing helps to prevent overproduction and reduce waste, but it typically takes 2-4 business days before an order is prepared and ready to ship.
Even when your item is packaged and ready-to-go, rush delivery services are extremely expensive. In most cases, expedited shipping costs more than the products we sell. This is why we don't offer it as an option in our store.
Any special care instructions?
For printed apparel, we use only the best direct-to-garment (DTG) printers. To extend the life of your printed design, we suggest washing the apparel in cold water on gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.
We also suggest washing the apparel inside-out, since this will reduce wear on the design and lengthen the life of your print.
DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low or medium heat, but the lower the heat the better. Hang-drying is the best. When it comes to ironing, keep the heat setting low and make sure the apparel is inside-out. NEVER iron the print.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
Yes. Since we do not store or carry any inventory, a 20% RE-STOCK FEE will apply to all returned merchandise. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please refer to the sizing charts and choose your sizes / colors carefully.
Please note that custom or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
