I absolutely love it! The USPS was taking especially long and Carrie was amazing with her communication. She contacted the post office for me filled out a form, consistently informed me of next steps she was doing. She even made another one for me in case this one didn’t show up because of how late and tracking was going with the order. I have never had such great customer experience before.
