3 out of 5 starsI needed my ring size changed and the shop was very attentive and supportive, quick to respond and was willing to work with my needs. However I the finish of the item isn’t as smooth as the picture, you can see a lot of imperfections and the gold has stains both on the inside and outside.

1 out of 5 starsDO NOT BUY FROM GOLDLAKE CRAFT or ETSY if you want help if something goes wrong. I purchased a 10K Rose Gold Ring and it tarnished within days of receiving. I contacted the seller and he agreed to make a new one and ship to me and I would ship back the tarnished ring. Months later I still had not received the ring. I wanted to upgrade to the 14K Rose Gold so I asked if I purchased the 14K would he refund the 10K and he agreed. I received the 14K which also tarnishes terribly and shipped back the original on 2/25/26 (which cost me $90 in shipping) for him to refuse the package and as of 04/03/26 I've still not received a refund. Etsy has said they cannot help me because I filed a dispute with PayPal which is what I purchased through. PayPal has stated it has been over 30 days from delivery so they can also not assist me.

I attempted to resolve the issue with the seller, but communication was difficult and no resolution was offered even after I returned the item with tracking. I ultimately had to involve Etsy support to resolve the situation. Based on my experience, I would be cautious when purchasing higher-value items from this shop.

1 out of 5 starsI’d give a 0 if I could. Returned item cuz it did not work for me, and I have yet to get a refund after more than 2 weeks. Person stopped responding to my messages. Will change my review if I get a refund but it’s not looking great. Bought this as a remembrance but instead just has caused me stress. If my issue gets resolved I will be happy to change my review and opinions.
