Can I return my item?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders. If you have an issue with an order or did not receive it, please send me a message! I understand that things happen sometimes, so I will gladly do my best to help out.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I do not gift wrap any orders; however, I can include gift messages! If you would like to request an item to be sent a certain way, please send me a message, and we can work something out.
Custom and personalized orders
Customized cards may be available depending on the specific item, the type of request, and the amount of orders I am receiving at the moment. Please feel free to reach out with any requests, and I will try to meet your needs as best as possible!
Note: Gift messages to be typed inside the card will ALWAYS be available.
Part of my order is wrong, can I change it? (wrong address, duplicate order, etc.)
I'd be happy to modify any details to your order or cancel any duplicate items that were purchased by mistake. If any orders have already been sent out, however, I cannot make any changes or cancellations.
Can I add a gift message?
Of course! Just mark your item as a gift and write your preferred message in the gift message box. This will be typed inside the card.
**Please make sure to sign your name if this is being sent directly to someone else!! The message will be copied and pasted exactly how it is typed.
I made a mistake on my address, so I did not receive it. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, shipping is non-refundable; however, if the package was returned to me by USPS, I will provide a refund for the product ONLY. If you believe there was a mistake on USPS’s part, please file a claim with them for a refund on shipping.
