5 out of 5 starsI had 3 days to complete a guest guide welcome book for my AirBnB beach townhouse. I started Mon. morning believing I could tackle the project myself, but within an hour I purchased Canva Pro to help. Another hour later I was on Etsy perusing templates. My questions were answered almost immediately, and I really appreciated that Bee let me know a more appropriate beach theme option. I knew I had to get this done fast, but had no idea how much fun it would be to work on it using her unbelievably easy to use templates with (surprise) Canva! I was enjoying it so much, I was up til 4:30 AM, then worked all Tues. until 3:45AM & Wed. I never got to bed at all, but by 7AM my project was completed. I rarely buy downloads, and was afraid I would regret it, but wouldn't have completed my project in time without it...and it was s FUN!

Sizing details
All templates are available in multiple sizes and can be custom-sized to your needs. If you need a custom size, send me a message after you place an order and I will resize it for you for free!
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of my products, I unfortunately cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges of any kind. If you are unhappy with your purchase, send me a message on Etsy and I am happy to review options!
Custom and personalized orders
Your order includes a printing guide. I recommend saving your design as a PDF if you are printing at home. Ensure that your printer settings are set to '100% scale' to prevent warping and so that smaller designs print to scale. If you are printing at a print shop, you can save as a JPG or PDF directly from Canva. I always recommend printing a sample at home on scrap paper, before committing to bulk printing. If you have specific questions around printing, do not hesitate to send me a message!
I don't want to use Canva
Canva is available for free and is a simple tool to use to personalize your design. However, if you do not wish to use Canva, you still have options. Most designs include a ready-to-print PDF version that you can print right away. If you need help editing your design, I also offer customization services for a small fee. Just send me a message on Etsy to get started!
