The customer have to send back the parcel via express DHL courier, as he received it, include the Greek receipt which is in the parcel! It is very important because without the Greek receipt we can't do the refund. The customer have to send us the return tracking number, and when we receive the parcel, we will keep the return shipping cost and we will refund him the rest.
