Super responsive and quick replies made me feel like this will get fix super quick and it did. Will order from this seller again as the costumer service was outstanding. 5 out of 5 starsIt's the same authentic balm that you buy in pharmacies and Supermarkets in Thailand, it leaked a little bit during shipping inside the box which I believe is common when shipping overseas due to temperature changes.
