Run was a surprise song on Day 3 in Goyang and again on Day 1 in New Jersey. Arrived on time from a lovely honest and reliable seller who included lots of extra freebies for me too. Absolutely delighted!

How often do you ship orders?
I try to ship out orders 1-2 times a week, but the days change depending on timing, weather, and the number of orders I get that particular week. I usually ship within 1-5 business days, but if there are changes to my schedule that will be reflected in my processing times. Significant delays (such as travel or unforeseen events) will be noted in my shop announcements. Please message me if you have a specific deadline and I will do my best to accommodate you!
It’s been more than a week, why hasn’t my order been shipped?
If your order has not been shipped within 5 business days and there are no delays noted in my shop announcements, please check if anything in your order is a preorder item. Any orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will ship all together once I receive the preorder product. You can find an estimate of the turnaround time by looking at the product description, but you can also find more precise updates here:

Why is my keychain is hazy, dirty, or scratched?
Please check to see if the item still has the protective film on it. I keep the film on to ensure the items are protected during shipping, but when peeled off the product underneath will be undamaged.
