These are some of the most beautiful miniatures i’ve ever seen - and they look even better in person than the already gorgeous photos! I mean, my god, the detail is phenomenal! These make me want to be a better DM. so psyched to use them. Additionally, Darrin has provided unparalleled customer service, answering any question I had promptly and definitively, with no painful back and forth - even going the extra mile to send a second batch with a few extra minis that got added to the set after my purchase. Truly a pleasure doing business with him. Then factor in that this purchase went to good causes as well? HECK YEAH! overall, 100000/10 experience - I WILL be making more purchases in the future! Thanks again!

Custom and personalized orders
Yes! I do custom orders and can sometimes even customize an already painted item as long as the request is reasonable. However you will need to send me a message before your purchase, as I try to pack and ship VERY quickly so if you message me too long after the purchase it might already be in the mail!

What type of painting do you do?
Miniatures are painted to a high table top standard. We use high quality paints and matte and or gloss clear coats to protect your miniatures.
Care instructions
Note that these are not toys for little kids as they can be fragile and break if handled carelessly.
We recommend storing when not in use to protect from dust.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We no longer provide gift wrapping. We package each painted miniature using bubble wrap, newspaper padding and we ship in a box appropriate for the item size to ensure the quickest, safest, most cost-effective shipping.
I live in the EU or UK and refuse to pay the associated fees to get my package delivered.
That's fine, and by law, I must accept your return and provide you a refund if you request it AND I receive the item(s) back in their original condition. I will subtract any costs I have incurred from the total I refund, this include any duty, tax, fees, and the actual cost of shipping and insurance. If I need to file an insurance or shipper claim, I will refund you AFTER I get the money cleared in my account. You can open a case with Etsy support if you disagree with this, but I'm not going to lose money because you don't uphold your end of the buyer/seller agreement and decide to not follow your country's tax laws.
What should I expect with an unpainted resin purchase?
All 'Unpainted Resin' finish miniatures will arrive unassembled, unpainted. Though we try our best to provide clean models, some minor cleanup work such as clipping supports or sanding may be required before painting or displaying. The model can be assembled using superglue.
My order hasn't arrived, is arriving late, or I dispute the listing accuracy.
Please send me a message and I'll try my best to make things right, but may ask you to enter a case with Etsy support to take advantage of the Etsy Purchase Protection program.
