Frequently asked questions

Delivery & Shipping

Where possible, I will use print providers in the same country as my customer. This means that UK orders are printed in the UK, Canadian orders are printed in Canada, and US orders are printed in the USA. The only exception are my black mugs for Canadian orders as they are printed and shipped from the USA.

Sadly, I cannot offer the same product-for-product service for customers in Australia and New Zealand. But where possible I will still print as local to you for Mugs and Sweatshirts.

Custom and personalised orders

If you see a design you like but would prefer it personalized - please message me and we can work something out. I've have made many custom designs (particularly with my stat bock designs) so let me what you'd like to see and I'll let you know what's possible!

Do you print your own products?

No, I don't do any of the printing - I happily leave that up to the professionals. I make all the designs on a using tools such as Canva and Procreate. Then, I send these designs to print providers who have all the stock and technology to put my designs onto products for you. This is why I can design remotely but print locally to my customers.

Do you use AI?

In my actual designs? No, I believe using AI for art, design and creativity is morally wrong. I do sometimes use LLMs to help run my business however: for niche research, product ideas, and for things like writing descriptions or finding the best keywords.

However, some of my mockups are AI: to the best of my knowledge this is limited to the child model mockups. Given the use of children's images on the internet, I am happy to use AI models for my kids t-shirts.
