What if I need a different size?
If you require a different size than what is included, please contact me before purchasing. I will confirm if it can be resized to the size you need. Please note that I am unable to increase the size larger than the largest size provided. I only provide one free resize per listing.
I do not resize TV art listings.

How do I download my file?
After you made your purchase, if you have an Etsy account your downloads will appear at etsy.com/your/purchases (purchases & reviews).
You will also receive an email from Etsy containing a link that will direct you to your download files. Please check your spam/junk folders in case it does not show up in your inbox after a few minutes.
If you are checking out as a GUEST your download will be emailed to you along with your receipt.

There are generally no limits how many times you can download a file. It is always recommended to download your files to save on your device immediately after purchase.

Where do you recommend printing the files?
I recommend using a professional printing service such as Walgreens, Walmart, Staples, Office Depot, CVS, Target, Shutterfly, finerworks.com or mpix.com .
Upload online or save your files to a USB drive to bring with you.
You can also print at home using a home printer.
If you choose to print using a home printer, please note that color outcome and quality will vary.
What kind of paper should I use?
I recommend using a heavyweight satin/matte paper or a high quality textured cardstock paper. For a more vintage authentic look and feel I recommend a premium archival fine art paper.
Where can I find picture frames?
The frames used in my shop listings are only product photos. I don't sell frames.
