Yes! All orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number once your item has been dispatched. Please note that tracking updates can sometimes be delayed during customs processing.

**Will I have to pay customs or import fees?**
Most of our orders arrive without any extra charges. That said, some countries may apply customs duties or import taxes on international deliveries — these are not included in the item or shipping price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
If you're in the U.S., good news! We are currently covering the cost of recent Trump-era import tariffs, so you won’t have to pay those fees yourself. 🎉

**Can I cancel or change my order?**
I aim to begin production as soon as possible, so my policy is "no cancellations." However, if you placed your order by mistake, please contact me right away—if production hasn't started yet (typically within 1–2 hours), cancellation *may* be possible.

**Do you accept returns or exchanges?**
I don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please message me within 14 days of receiving your item and include a photo of the issue—I'm always happy to help. Custom/personalized orders are final unless damaged or faulty.

**My order hasn't arrived—what should I do?**
First, check your tracking number and verify your address. Ask your local post office and neighbors in case it's been held or delivered nearby. If you still can’t find it, message me and I’ll do my best to help. If the address was incorrect, I can resend your item for an additional shipping fee.

**My item arrived damaged or incorrect—what now?**
Please message me with a photo of the item and a description of the issue. Most of my products ship from a trusted production partner—if there’s a print or fulfillment error, I’ll make sure a replacement is sent quickly at no extra cost.

**Where do your products ship from?**
I work with global print partners, and many of my products ship from China. This allows me to offer a wide range of styles and helps reduce waste by producing only what's needed.

**What if I entered the wrong address?**
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I’ll try to update the address. If it’s already on the way, I can usually resend the item, but a reshipping charge will apply.

**How are your products made?**
I partner with a high-quality print-on-demand supplier that ships from the facility closest to you. This reduces environmental impact and lets me focus on designing products I know you’ll love.
