Yes we make every item in our shop customizable to what best fits your needs, some limitations apply. Please just message us so we can further discuss details on your intended custom item.
Can I order before I have my custom details picked out?
Yes! You are more then welcome to order as to hold your spot within my order line to prevent longer turnaround times, as you figure out what details you want. Feel free to bounce ideas off me for what combinations look good with the design. I have made many sets of nightstands and wall decor I offer and know what looks great with certain color combinations. I give an honest opinion.
Can I the buyer, message you looking for help with custom detail choices?
Yes! Please do as I can tell you what looks good with the design as well as give an honest opinion. Ask me any questions you have and I will be sure to message you right back!
Why is shipping price so steep on the nightstand sets?
Shipping prices are a flat rate of $95 for the nightstand sets due to a hassle free, door to door shipping method with a reliable shipping agency (FedEx) whom we trust and love ❤️. All nightstands come fully assembled and packaging is all included in the price with no hidden fees, so zero worry and stress on your end. Just unpack and enjoy!
Why are your turnaround times for nightstands 4-8weeks?
Good question! Due to a high volume of orders for our most popular item, the nightstand sets, turnaround times depend on how many orders of sets I have in the que at the time. Since I (Melissa) am the sole builder at Good Timber Shop and a mother of 3, my time is very important to me. I work around the clock to get these beautiful nightstand sets built to my high standards as well as being a mom who isn't fully sleep deprived. I do my very best to stay on top of these many orders (thank you!!) but sometimes there are just a larger amount of orders and a time adjustment is needed to be able to make all my deadlines. I apologize for any inconvenience but I hope it comes as a comfort to you knowing I work hard for quality. It's worth the wait!
Do you offer rush shipment options?
Yes! We understand that some orders are needed sooner then our turnaround times allow, so we do offer rush build and shipment options. We do charge a fee for these rush orders since they do require more time attentive action on our end to get the items carefully built and rushed in time to make your particular deadline.
