4 out of 5 starsThe sign for our girl is so cute, it really is exactly as pictured. 4/5 stars because the string to tie it up are not nearly long enough. I would have paid extra for a longer string. I had to pivot to several different areas of my home to figure out where I could hang all three strands together. Otherwise a great product.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take for my order to ship out?
My current processing time (time it takes me to make your order) is 3-5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Orders are then shipped via ground advantage mail which is an average of 3-5 business days to get to you. Priority mail is also an option which takes 2-3 days.
Shipping & Tracking
I ship all items via USPS Ground Advantage Mail. Shipping time is on average 2-5 business days. You can upgrade to priority which is on average of 2-3 business days, BUT this is never guaranteed by USPS or me
Good Times Party Shop not responsible for the package once its shipped out, lost or delayed shipments, due to USPS error. Please contact USPS directly for more information on delayed or lost items.
When your item is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. I do not give refunds on items that do not arrive on time.
Refunds, Exchanges, & Cancellations
-At this time I do not take returns/ refunds unless you received the wrong item, or something was incorrect. All items in my shop are made to order and considered custom items, therefore I do not accept returns or exchanges.
-Please read listings carefully for all detail. If you have any questions feel free to ask anytime before placing your order.
-If there are any issues with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the order. Refunds are not always guaranteed.
-If an order is returned to me due to incorrect address given, and the item is able to be re-sold (if a custom order, this might not be the case) I can give refund MINUS original shipping AND 15% restocking fee.
Lost or Damages Items
I do not give refunds on items marked delivered. I will do my best to work with you to find a lost order via post office.
Any items damaged in transit must be reported to me within 24 hours of delivery, along with a photo of the damage and packaging. I will work with you on a solution on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Addresses
If the wrong address is given to me and it has already been sent out, I cannot be held responsible. If it gets sent back to me because of this, you will be responsible for shipping costs to re-ship out. Double check your address!
If you notice after placing an order, that the address is wrong message me right away and I am happy to update the information!
