EDIT: Mitchell reached out after my receipt of the chairs to check on me and my purchase & offer a refund due to my varied expectations, which was so kind and very appreciated! Top notch customer service and very quick/responsive follow-ups. After about a month of having them, I really do. love my chairs and I would absolutely buy from his shop again!
